You can create an account and get started with Mocha for free. After that, you have the option to upgrade to one of our metal plans or buy additional credits as a one-time purchase.

What subscription plans do you offer?

We offer the following plans:

  • 🆓 Free Tier: 15 messages
  • 🥉Bronze: 250 messages a month
  • 🥈Silver: 750 messages a month
  • 🥇Gold: 3000 messages a month

Each higher tier also allows you to work with larger project sizes and unlocks additional features, like being able to create more projects, deploy to custom domains, and more.

How do I upgrade my account?

From the main menu, click on “Manage plan and Billing > Upgrade plan”. You can pick any tier from bronze, silver or gold.

How do I manage my subscription?

From the main menu, click on “Manage plan and Billing > Billing History”. This will take you to the Stripe customer portal from which you can modify or cancel your plan.

How do I change my account email or password?

Currently, you need to contact support at support@getmocha.com to change your account email. You can reset your password by clicking “Forgot Password” on the login screen.
