How do I subscribe?

Go to your profile and click on “Upgrade”. You can pick any tier from bronze, silver or gold.

Do you offer any discounts?

Not currently but we regularly run campaigns.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. To do this first open the upgrade modal, and click “Manage subscription”. This will take you to the Stripe customer portal from which you can cancel your plan.

How do I request a refund?

Please email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, and our support team will process your request. We do not offer refunds if you have used a large amount of your monthly credits. We do not offer refunds for “wasted credits trying to fix something with the AI”. We understand how frustrating it can be, but our recommendation is to use Discuss Mode to chat through the problem first; and prioritize restoring a known-good version to roll back to a working state, and go from there.
