Need help with Mocha? Here are your options:
Discord is usually the fastest option. The Mocha team is active there, and many community members can help with common questions too.For account-specific issues (billing, subscription problems, account recovery), email [email protected] directly.
  • Discord: Usually within a few hours during business hours, sometimes faster
  • Email: We aim to respond within 1-2 business days
We’re a small team, so please be patient. We read and respond to everything.
To get the best help, please include:
  1. What you’re trying to do - Describe your goal
  2. What’s happening instead - Describe the issue or error
  3. Screenshots - A picture is worth a thousand words
  4. Error messages - Copy any error text you see
The more context you provide, the faster we can help!
We don’t currently offer phone or live chat support. Discord is our real-time support channel, and it works well for most questions.For urgent issues, posting in Discord with a clear description usually gets quick attention.
